Water Resources
Peter has extensive experience in water law, including surface and groundwater rights, administrative practice, transactions, environmental issues, and California’s Sustainable Groundwater Management Act. Peter develops custom long-term water resource models based on applicable rights and regulations, irrigation practices, infrastructure, climatic conditions, and financial considerations.
Administrative and Agency Practice
Peter is an effective advocate practicing before state and Federal agencies and administrative bodies. He previously worked for a panel of administrative judges, advising on tribal trust land issues.
